🪐🚀 We had a great Space Week! The students built on their background knowledge of space and learned more about the vast unknown. Students wrote their own favorite planet book. We closed out our week making galaxy slime!
🐍🦎 Deb's Dragons visited summer camp. Our kids loved getting to hold the animals!

✏️A note from Miss Bradsky:
Hello everyone! My name is Anna Bradsky, and I’m so excited to introduce myself to the Hearn community! I am originally from South Dakota and come from a big, loving family—one of nine siblings and a proud aunt to 13 amazing nieces and nephews, with three more on the way! I earned my degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University. Teaching has been my passion since I was seven years old—I used to play “school” the moment I got home from school! My experience as a nanny, daycare worker, and in school settings has only strengthened my love for working with children.
This is my first year teaching, and I feel incredibly grateful to begin my journey at Hearn Academy. I can't wait to learn and grow with this amazing community!
At the same time, we say goodbye to Ms. Skains, who is heading to Florida to be closer to her family and the ocean.🌊 We are so grateful for the love and dedication she shared with her students and wish her all the best in this next chapter!
