At Home PE

I sure do miss you all! Please make sure you are staying active and keeping your mind and body healthy.  Get up and go for a walk around the back yard or any other safe area, you may have.  If you don't have an area do some stretches and warm-ups.  My goal for all the grade levels is to post some simple activities you can do at home with or without a parent.  Nothing that parents or you have to turn in.  If you would like send me a video of you working out kpierce@ballcharterschools.org I would love to see what you are up to.  I know you all are doing those Tiktok videos, show some that have exercise activities.  Please see the links below for PE activities to do at home.   I am thinking of all of you and encouraging you to be safe and healthy at home make sure you are washing your hands and limit your technology usage.
